We are proud of the fact that we have one of the best plants in the world which assures the very best of health and hygiene. All process equipment including the 6 fermentors and support equipment are fabricated with SS316L food grade stainless steel.

Our product meets the specifications of European and American gherkin buyers and producers who have approved our vinegar. Our vinegar has also been approved by some well-known MNC's and has been certified as 'KOSHER' by the Orthodox Union, USA
